The following groups are in a therapeutic group counselling format. Due to the sensitive nature of this type of counselling, interested participants must first have an initial assessment with a Wellness Place therapist prior to joining a group. The assessment will determine if the selected group will meet the participant’s needs, and will prepare him or her to participate effectively in a group counselling setting.
