With so many stressors in our day-to-day life, it can all be overwhelming. Learn how to react to conflict in a healthy way and improve your quality of life.
- Identify your stressors and develop ways to control your reactions using the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
- Acquire skills to respond to stressful situations in a socially appropriate manner.
This workshop takes place over 6 weeks (2-hour sessions, 12 hours total).
Upon completion, you will receive a formal certificate of attendance.
