Welcome Farzaneh Pariman and Karina Rakhimova!
On these cold winter days we wish the warmest of welcomes to our two newest practitioners, Farzaneh Pariman and Karina Rakhimova!
Farzaneh Pariman is a Registered Psychotherapist fluent in English, Turkish, and Farsi. Her areas of practice include interpersonal conflicts, emotional regulation, and dealing with the experience of trauma, violence, and abuse. Farzaneh works based on a humanistic, strength-based approach by applying CBT, narrative therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques for the specific needs of individuals.
Karina Rakhimova, also a Registered Psychotherapist, is fluent in English and Russian. Her areas of practice include relationship difficulties, loss of meaning, grief & bereavement, life/death anxiety, loneliness, life transitions/crises, self-esteem, and caregivers’ burnout. Karina works within an existential-humanistic, trauma-informed framework, with the use of integrative psychotherapy altered for each individual client.
Both Karina and Farzaneh are accepting new clients. We invite you to contact us today to see how they can support you in achieving your wellness goals.
